How Does It Work?

1. Consultation:
   ○ Set up a complimentary 15-minute consultation with us by going to this calendar link: Schedule a Call
   ○ During that call we will discuss your dream vacation, including your destination, budget, interests, and any specific requests.
   ○ If we both feel like we are a good fit, we will move forward in one of two ways:
        i. If you already know what you specifically want and have the dates, we will put together three quotes for you. There is no fee for this.
        ii. If you are not sure and need us to take the reins and help you narrow down your options, I charge a non-refundable flat planning fee of $200.00 and will send you the link for your payment.
   
   
2. Customized Planning:
   ○ We will get to work and create itineraries for you including the quotes for pricing.
   ○ We will suggest accommodations, activities, and dining experiences that align with your vision.
   ○ When your quote looks perfect, say the word and we will send you a secure payment link so we can apply your vacation deposit.
   
   
3. Booking and Coordination:
   ○ We will handle all the logistics: from researching to arranging accommodations, transportation, dining reservations, and tours.
   ○ We are also able to coordinate with local providers to ensure a seamless experience.
   
   
4. Ongoing Support:
   ○ We are available Monday-Friday during our office hours to assist you if you have questions or concerns.
   ○ If you are traveling - we are available on weekends and evenings, as well as our regular office hours to help you navigate any unexpected challenges.
